Looks good.

The first thing we want to do now is flush the old contaminated System Restore Points and create a fresh new one, just in case we goof up somewhere along the road.

Turn off System Restore:
1. Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
2. Click the System Restore tab.
3. Select the Turn off System Restore check box (or the Turn off System Restore on all drives check box), and then click OK.
4. Click Yes when you receive the prompt to the turn off System Restore.

Reboot your computer

Turn on System Restore
1. Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
2. Click the System Restore tab.
3. Clear the Turn off System Restore check box (or the Turn off System Restore on all drives check box), and then click OK.

Your first clean Restore Point should be created automagically.

Ok, I followed those instructions.

The file "sqll.dll" is still on my computer and cannot be deleted. AVG also still says it's the file for the virus "BackDoor.Agent.BA"
I'm not sure what to do about that???

As long as you don't ahve any symptoms, I'd let it rest. I think it's a bit overdone to try and yank it out using a bootdisk or Repair install CD.

What you can try is download and install APM from here:

See if you can find a process that is holding that dll occupied (it should show up in the bottom window for that process)
I would do that in safe mode as to keep the number ofprocesses to a minimum.

I installed APM & ran it. The sqll.dll did not show up in the processes anywhere.
I'm hoping i'm safe. I'm going to follow your advice...
