hi my problem is simple yet everyone seems to have it.i have picked up a program called winfixer.ive heard that its spyware and that is not spyware ,but a virus.this thing is like an immortal..i keep removing and its back with in the hour! first off...what exactly is this thing doing to my comp....and 2 how do i find its head and chop it off! thanks in advance for some help!!

You will still be having trouble, I'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool, Hijack This. Follow the instructions in step five of this guide, and reply here with your log.

Most of what Hijack This lists lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
