Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide.

Check the following items in HijackThis.
Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://www.lmgydcare...J09__9XFAX.html

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [DumbTime] C:\DOCUME~1\Ken\APPLIC~1\CLOSEG~1\thunk regs.exe

Then check in your Task Scheduler if you spot any random named Tasks.
If so, make notes of their properties and post them.

Reboot into safe mode and delete:
C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\Ken\APPLICATION DATA\CLOSEG~1 <= the entire folder that holds the file thunk regs.exe
