Cannot delete dll file

I'm infected (for the first time in my 8 years of computing!) with the TrojanVundo virus. What does that say about me other than I practice extremely safe surfing and email reading. Pretty boring :-D

I feel that I'm somewhat computer literate but I have tried everything recommended in every forum to remove a dll file with no success. Norton identified it as khhgh.dll but Access denied! I am doing all described fixes as directed from safe mode as administrator, by the way.

I now am ready to try VundoFix but need help.

I'm replying to my own post to let you know that I finally got rid of the dll file! I followed the directions you gave two others who posted with my same problem. I entered my file names not theirs, of course! Anyway, I noticed that the second path that was instructed to add was the same in both cases so I took a chance that it would be the same for me. It worked!

Everything is easy when you know how!
