Help with Trojan.Vundo please

Can't seem to get this off of a computer that I am working on. I have used Ad-aware, Spybot, Microsoft Anti-Spyware, Ewido, CWS, AVG which it won't find anything. Norton just keeps popping this up right when I boot into windows and it won't fix it. Here is the HJT log.

Also, I cannot get anything to show up in safemode. Just the words safemode and the build etc. The background is just black.
