I have a digital tape recorder that downloads to with files in dvf. I want to save the file as a wave or mp3...does anyone know how?

Hi Robrid,

Yes it is podssible to convert audio files from dvf into mp3 or wav,
I would suggest that you run a search on the internet and you should find some good results.

The best program I have found to do that is Switch. It's pretty easy to find online and you can download it for free to try for a couple of weeks. After that you have to buy it. I am using a Sony ICD-SX25 and I hate that Sony didn't have the insight to make their recorder record files that normal humans can use.
