I have also experience a lot of pop ups with Win Fixer.
I have followed all of the instructions suggested here....
Cleaned temp files with Disk cleanup utility
Ran Ad Aware - removed 50 files
Downloaded and ran CW Shredder.
Downloaded and ran Spybot Search and Destroy
Downloaded and ran Ewido Security Suite (report below)
Ran Panda Software scan. Found Virtumonde spyware.
Ran Trend Housecall scan. Did not find anything.
Ran Trojan Hunter. None found.
Have McAfee Virus Protection
Ensured that I have all WIndows updates.
