Hey there

I'm having a problem with Internet Explorer.
Normally I use Firefox but every now and then i need to use IE, and lately its been really acting up.

What happens is when i open it, it will try to open my homepage (Google), however after about 30 seconds trying to connect, the browser will close and a save as dialog box will come up, asking me to choose a save location for whatever web page im trying to open.

When this happens IE closes, not giving me a chance to get into the options.

Please help, this really slows my computer down.

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.
