I was doing a quick runthrough while fixing a friend's computer, and found a folder in the registry called CyPjtAH7SED, and a key made a link to C:\Program Files\Noraol\nvacltui.exe. The folder "Noraol" has caused many problems, and it it the holder of some bad files (SLAVSSVC.exe.). When I tried to delete it, i got the bsod on startup in normal mode. I replaced the folder, and I was able to start up in normal mode, but all the errors kept coming up.

What is going on?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
