I have an HP precision scanjet 6300c. I have never had a problem with it until now. When I open the program it says, “scanner could not be initialized” (scanner not found). I have done the following: reconnected usb and power. Unplug power and let sit. Uninstalled and reinstalled software. I have power to it and light is on. Device manager recognizes the scanner no yellow exclamation marks. Help!
