hi i am wondering how to make your pages you desgin in frontpage 2003 appear in a box in the middle of your site so you can have things like hit counters around the page so when you click on a link it will be only the main ocntent that will change, i am sure i seen it somewhere on one of the toolbars but my computer crashed and i cant remember.

You can use either tables or frames to do what you want. You can also just arrange things using position language and use maps for your links.
