I really need your help guys.. My computer has been running slower and slower lately, and now Ive got the Trojan.Vundo virus (also called Trojan.Virtumonde on Trojan Hunter) which I cant remove even after running Norton Antivurs, The Sepcial Removal Tool From the Symantec Website, Trojan Hunter, CWShredder, Registry Mechanic, and Webroot Spy Sweeper in safe mode
By the way the infected file is C:\Windows\msagent\chars\imgdos.dll if that helps at all.
Also, could you help me figure out why my computer is so slow to startup/shutdown? Its been very slow even when I didnt have this trojan..

Heres a Hijack this log.
Older Version of Hijack This because the new one doesnt work on my comp for some reason

Click here to download Pocket Killbox by Option^Explicit

Now open pocketkillbox Select the option "Delete on reboot".
Now highlight and 'copy' (Ctrl + C) the entire list of filepaths below:
Click 'File' on the killbox menu at the top and choose 'Paste from clipboard'
The entire list should now be in the "Full Path of File to Delete"
field. To check, click on the dropdown-arrow next to that field.
If you expand it, these lines should all be there

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ide21201.vxd
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\SHAgentNew.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\stlb2.xml
C:\WINDOWS\DOWNLOADED PROGRAM FILES\dm.inf
C:\WINDOWS\DOWNLOADED PROGRAM FILES\HDPlugin1018.dll
C:\Documents and Settings\Spencer Hayes\Application Data\tvmcwrd.dll
C:\WINDOWS\INF\ceres.inf
C:\WINDOWS\NDNuninstall6_38.exe
C:\WINDOWS\nem220.dll
C:\WINDOWS\sepsd.bin
C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\dm.inf
C:\WINDOWS\NDNuninstall6_38.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\SHAgentNew.dll

Then press the red button with a white X in it.
Killbox will tell you that all listed files will be deleted on next reboot, click YES.When it asks if you would like to Reboot now, click YES.

After the reboot please do the following

Please open Notepad, and copy/paste the code in the box below into a new text file. Save it as FindFile.bat and save it on your Desktop.

dir C:\WINDOWS\system32\??chost.exe /a h > files.txt
notepad files.txt

Locate FindFile.bat on your Desktop and double-click on it. It will open Notepad with some text in it. Please post the text here along with a new HiJackThis log.

Your welcome. Ok lets finish :tazz:

Please re-open HiJackThis and scan. Check the boxes next to all the entries listed below.

O15 - Trusted Zone: *.musicmatch.com (HKLM)
O20 - Winlogon Notify: imgdos - C:\WINDOWS\msagent\chars\imgdos.dll (file missing)

Now close all windows other than HiJackThis, then click Fix Checked.

Post a final hijack log and tell me how your system is running now.

Thanks :)
