Problem with Spysherrif [RESOLVED]

My problem started with Spy Sheriff - I ran Mcafee and got rid of the red circle with white x's in the toolbar. But the massive Infection sign in the middle of my desktop is still there. I have a pretty limited understanding of computers... I read through the instructions on your site....here is the printout of Hijack, I would appreciate any help I can get - thanks :

Welcome to GTG.

Please read the first link in my signature and follow the steps outlined there. You must install XP SP1a http://www.microsoft...p1/default.mspx (hold off on SP2 until your computer is clean). Without SP1a, you are wide open to re-infection. When you are done, restart and run a new HijackThis scan. Post that log here.

I have resolved my problem - found someone who had the same problem as me a while back on your messge board and followed the instructions off of there.
