I got a reply that this was a duplicate thread, however, I cannot find another thread similar to this one, and I haven't posted one like this ever.

I was doing a quick runthrough while fixing a friend's computer, and found a folder in the registry called CyPjtAH7SED, and a key made a link to C:\Program Files\Noraol\nvacltui.exe. The folder "Noraol" has caused many problems, and it it the holder of some bad files (SLAVSSVC.exe.). When I tried to delete it, i got the bsod on startup in normal mode. I replaced the folder, and I was able to start up in normal mode, but all the errors kept coming up. Also, does anyone know what VDMSSENH.exe and SLAVSSVC.exe are??

What is going on?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You are getting post happy there. STOP it now. I see lovethepirk has asked you for a HijackThis log. Stick with that now and stop asking these individual questions.
