I've got the IST downloader installed, and I just can't seem to kick it. AVG won't get rid of it, Spybot S&D says it's gone, immunized, etc., but it still comes back, SpywareGuard Live Update, etc., nothing removes it. Just when I think it's gone, another instance seems to reinstall. Here's the log:
