Lately, many attachments that I get in Outlook Express can't be opened because I get an error that says that there isn't a file associated with that file. I try to save the attachment to my desktop and open it with Micsrosoft Word but that doesn't always work and if it does it isn't formatted properly. I also have a problem when I try to open photos that are emailed to me. I get an error that my browser doesn't support iframes.

Thanks for helping.

:tazz: What is the file extension on the files? For instance, .jpg, .htm?

Also, have you asked the sender (where possible) what kind of file is being sent/attached? I use Outlook at work and Outlook Express at home and have learned some of the differences between them.
