Someone please help. I purchashed Norton 2005 because I was having a problem with pop-ups. After installation the pop-ups have gotten worse and coputer performance is at a stand still at times. Norton keeps scanning every few minutes a virus named adware.qoolaid and I have tried to remove it and it won't take. Does anyone know what to do to remove it permanently?
