Delayed Write Failed

For Firefox whenever I load up a new page it says "Windows - Delayed Write Failed" and says it was unable to save all the date for a certain file. The file says "Cache" in it so I'm assuming it's something to do with the cache. It then tells me that the data's been lost and such. What can I do to fix/stop this? Sorry for my noob-ishness. :tazz:
