please I think my sytem is about to die

Im trying to keep online so I can wait and watch for somebody who has time to reply to my earlier posts but my system just keeps shutting itself down now and Im seriously worried...at one stage my task manager showd dozens and dozens of task managers were running along with everything else and my adwatch logged continual registry changes for five minutes until my system just shut down

Im seriously sorry to be such a pain and I know you are all very busy volunteers who really dont need an annoying aussie girl nagging you
Can somebody just tell me even if my local computer show would be of any help??
