Problem with Downloading

Everytime I download something,it always goes to my Microsoft Word program and always has this type of text:

Right click a file then click properties, click change if it says Word, choose a programme which is able to open the file type you downloaded, click apply

Open the folder where the downloaded files are and right click one then click properties to get this



[attachment=4285:attachment]

Click change to get this

[attachment=4286:attachment]

Select the programme which will open the file, click it to get this

[attachment=4287:attachment]

Click OK to get this

[attachment=4288:attachment]

Click apply

Open the file
