I am having what seems to be a common problem here. It is the error message that I receive when I first log on to my computer, ?TOfdjpn@@YA?AW4_tagTristatebool@@XZ. I have tried what GingrichhomeSys said to do and it still did not help. Dell Tech support are not the most informative group there is. Is there anything else that I can do? Should I uninstall some of the device?
