help....ctrl alt delete

hi i was wondering if anyone could tell me about these processes because one day they just appered in ctrl alt delete and i dont know what they are and has had no luck in removing them. I think they are something to do with adware or spyware but when i run a scan using mcafee virus scan and adware se they don't show up as adware or a virus. can someone help me with any info.
