Hi!

I recently purchased Zone Alarm Pro but I haven't installed it yet...
I read somewhere it's recomended you disable SP2 firewall.

Should I disable it? Or is it okay to leave both running?

You should install Zone Alarm Pro, because you paid for it and because it blocks incoming and outgoing data

When you have installed ZA Pro and it is running, you should turn the XP Firewall off as running two firewalls will cause a conflict at some point.

Just an additional note: I believe that the ZoneAlarm installer will ask you whether or not you want to disable the Windows Firewall. However, it I'm wrong and it doesn't prompt, you should disable the Windows Firewall manually by going to Start/Control Panel, then to Security Center.
