trojan.vundo and other malware removal help

hi... i need help with my computer... recently (about a week ago) i got a message from norton that i have a trojan.vundo... i have scanned the computer a couple of times trying to quarantine and fix it but to no avail... i even downloaded the fix vundo from symantec but it did not find it... i have run the ad-aware se (personal) and trend micro housecall... they said nothing is wrong with the computer... i have also done a hijack this log so just let me know what i can do from this point on... for the past month i also have the the spyware remover ad (i think it's winfixer) but i believe other people have complained about it... i also used to have problems with random pop-ups showing up... even with the pop-up blockers on... i just have been busy to try and fix these problems... well i'll thank you in advance, whoever is going to help me out...

well just tell me what to do so i can finally end this problem(s)...
