I have the following problem:

recetly, whenever I want to dial my internet connection (it's not automatic, and requires a dial-up), my norton firewall blocks the connection. It states "implicit block rule", and mentions the address 192.168.101.102,53, and the UDP protocol. This wasn't a problem until yesterday morning
When I check the rules set for Microsoft Windows Explorer, I see that UDP is allowed on any address, and only on port 53m, so I fail to see the reason why I can't connect (Only when I disable the firewall and then dial-up then It's ok).

Can anyone help me with that?

Hey aj grass

Do you have multiple computers set up? or a router? Basically, the message states that a DNS request to 192.168.101.102 is being blocked. IF you do not have a LAN set-up and are not using a router. Please POST in the Malware forun, starting here

If you are using any of the above, allow your network to be a trusted network in norton. Either by the interface or IP scope. (range of IP addresses you use on your prinvate lan.) With firewalls - If it is not allowed (trusted) it is implicitly block by default

Let me know how you make out!

Yeah, I have two computers, each with a network card. However, non of the i.p. addresses I set for them is 192.168.101.102, and I set the firewall to recognize a network for their addresses (I can ping and share internet connection). I'm not familiar with this address above. I didn't set it as a part of the network.
