Hi

The other day I received an instant message from a friend with a link to click on and view pictures. I was dumb enough to click on it. It downloaded, but nothing happened so I thought everything was okay. That is, until my AIM sent instant messages to everyone on my buddy list. I didn't have a virus protection program on my computer, but have since installed a 15-day trial of Norton Anti-Virus until I buy a subscribtion. I looked around on this site earlier and found a thread with information on what to do before posting a hijack log. I followed the instructions, but I'm not sure if the virus went away or not. I'm a novice when it comes to fixing a computer, especially when it has a virus. I just want to make sure the virus is gone before signing on to AIM again. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Below is my Hijack log:
