blue screen on start up

after when winxp is just about to finish loading i get a plain blue screen on start up and my mouse just get loading screen, the only one way i can get on is by tapping couple of the F1-12 keys and i dont want to keep on doing that

Boot the PC and keep tapping the delete key until you enter set up, look for BIOS defaults or optimized defaults, press F10 to save, type Y to confirm then press enter
