I printed the "start" here. And did the following: cleaned out temp files, deleted all of my virus and spy/trojan software in case it was all corrupt. Then I downloaded and ran AVG, Spy Bot, Trojan Hunter, and CWshredder. I didn't test it long enough to see if win fixer is gone. By my google is pretty much disabled - it sends me to these fake search pages. Here's my hijackthis log. Thanks in advance for your help. Much appreciated!

If you keep getting emails to notify you of a reply in this topic, use the Unsubscribe option.
You can unsubscribe at any time by logging into your control panel and clicking on the "View Subscriptions" link.

You will find the My Controls link under the header of the board.
Click that one and under the header Subscriptions on the left side click on "View topics"
In the list of topics find the section Off-Topic
There will be a link to this one. Put a checkmark in the box behind it and scroll down untill you see Unsubscribe.
Click the "With selected" button behind it.

I rebooted and went into safe mode - went to hijack from a DOS prompt then ran it. I rebooted and ran another hijack this and notices that it didn't remove anything to do with vturq.dll. So I went back into safe mode and tried it again. Same thing. see 02 BHO MSevents and 020 winlogin notify: vturq
