I didn't make every points from list becouse:
1. I have on my computer Ad-aware and Spybot Search & Destroy and those programs not found any issues or trojans.
2. I used many of programs wchich are searching Malware but only one found vr2.pxcpya64 and vr2.MARSHAL. It's only a free (trial) version and it don't have option wchich destroy it - this option is blocked.

We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.

Download and Apply the update, reboot, and post a fresh Hijack This log.
