I have two questions:

First: Is it possible to know the Brand and the model of the unknown device without getting the cover off ?
and if its possible then how?

Second: What is the build in sound card on mother board intel 82371E? and where can I get its driver for windows Me ?

You can download and run Everest Home Edition and it will tell you pretty much everything about your machine.
