We are doing our "sabotage" in my PC class this Wednesday.

I need some ideas on what to do.

Also, we can use anything that we bring in to class with us.

This is, but not limited to: Windows 98 boot disk (Any programs that we put on it), Jump Drive, Manuals for Motherboards, etc etc.

So, I need some ideas on what to do to the computer and what programs I should place onto my Jump Drive.

And, is making a Bootable Jump Drive worth it? How do I go about doing this? I can't figure it out, been trying for like an hour.

Will this bootable drive work with most computers? or would it be useless on the field?

Thanks for any help.

Hi guttermouth_punk!

Best way to find out the best programs to put on your jumpdrive are those listed in the signatures of users. Best way is to just browse posts for different kinds of problems and find those that overlap or those that are specific for a certain problem and go from there.

What exactly do you mean by sabotage? Are you infesting it with spyware, deleting necessary windows files from the computer and then have to try to fix it or what??

The sabotage means we can do ANYTHING software/hardware to the computer.

Think of it like this:

Group A does a "sabotage" to computer A.
Group B does something to Group B.
Group A and group b switch computers and try to fix what the other group did.

If they can't fix your computer, you must fix it.

I have boot98se.exe (creates a bootable floppy for Windows 98) and Portable FireFox

any others I should add to this bad boy I bought today?

Thanks for help.
