Internet keeps disconnecting

About 1 week ago i just got put up 2 2.2mbps by bt yahoo and since i got 2.2mbps it keeps on disconnecting when i am on a game. and when i had 575mbps it was always fine it never lagged or disconnected.

This is what it said when I run > cmd > ipconfig /all

But no disconnection problems during normal surfing?

It has been known, what with the current push in the UK towards faster broadband speeds for ever cheaper prices, that some people will get quoted for a broadband service they can't use because their phone line isn't able to cope. I myself am totally incapable of anything faster than 512k, a struggle to get that in itself.

If the problems only started with the upgrade to 2Mb broadband, you may find that having to contact your ISP to return you to 1Mb or even back to 512K is the only thing you can do.
