Swimming is good..Just don't let an entire day go by without SOME

You must be a country boy....there is always work outside to do,
true? Inside exercise is great....I am just wanting GEEKS here to get outside and
enjoy NATURE and fresh air along with the exercise. :tazz:

masterj3000..I agree with DOBY....That is good to help older people....it makes
you feel good inside for your helpfulness and physically good after the hard work.
I wish there were MORE projects to help older folks that need the help. :)

OK, this is it for this thread, I am going to start another one, I have an idea. :woot:
