eTrust Antivirus - Job Server service won't run

Hello,

I have CA's eTrust Antivirus on my machine, and have not been able to download virus signatures lately. The warning I receive is: "The Job Server service is not running, the download will not continue". Has anyone come across this before? I signed up to a year's subscription so that shouldn't be an issue. I'm about to see if CA are having any problems with their FTP updates; beyond that, any suggestions? :tazz:
