On this site mapple story they are able to change the description
of thier site in different languages can any one tell me how i can do this?

The descriptions are gif images, not actual text. When you hover over each language, all it does is display a different gif image, not actually translating the text. I think you can do that with javascript, but I don't know of an exact script, you might need to do some searching
