I was using Mcaffee Virus Scan, and it came up with 277 instances of Newmalware.u.. only 2 were undeletable.. one was called "City Frag.exe" and the other was a restore file.. like A080933.exe. Any help on how to get rid of these will be appreciated.

Sorry to do this but I have been helping a few other members with this infection and it looks like your AntiVirus program may have grabbed one file of the many files this particular infection drops,

Could you post a fresh HJT log and also
Please click this link to download Silent Runners.
* Save it to the desktop.
* Run Silent Runner's by doubleclicking the "Silent Runners" icon on your desktop.
* You will see a text file appear on the desktop - it's not done yet, just let it run (it won't appear to be doing anything!)
* Once you receive the prompt "All Done!", double-click on the new text file on the desktop and copy that entire log and paste it here.

*NOTE* If you receive any warning message about scripts, please choose to allow the script to run.

Indeed parts of it still running.

Logitech\Desktop Messenger
Unless you really love this program as it is a known resource hog

Restart your computer after you remove the program

Next
Make sure you can view all Hidden Files/Folders

Please restart HJT put a check next to the following, close all open windows and click “Fix Checked”

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://www.wcvjpjrzs...WKTRbeLkuL.html

Much better, A couple more things,
First the use of p2p programs are a main source of infections, I recommend you removing Limewire, again this is your choice,

Next,
Open HJT and have it fix the following
All of these
O18 - Protocol: bw+0 - {E646FC1D-6BDA-4836-BBE7-5D1F093497F2} - C:\Program Files\Logitech\Desktop Messenger\8876480\Program\BWPlugProtocol-8876480.dll

close HJT restart your computer,

silent runners. silent runners seemed to give me a trojan.

Did your Anti Virus identify it as one ? it is a script and some AV's recognize it as malious but its a very trusted and valuable tool for us

Aside from that your log looks fine

How does the computer seem to be running now ?

Computer is faster, smoother running. Dark age of camelot is running with just the normal satellite lag.. no more. I am greatly appreciative for it. The trojan it said it came up as was Swizzor, just for reference
