I am having a problem, I cannot get rid of the file "jkkli.dll". When I turn on my computer, Norton Antivirus continually pops up a message saying that this file is infecting my computer, but then they can't delete it so the pop up keeps coming until my computer freezes. I have tried using VundoFix and it doesn't work on my computer. it freezes it too, and then the deleted file comes back since it didn't reboot properly. I have tried Ewido, SpySweeper, CWShredder, CleanUp!, and an online virus scanner which I forget the name of. Ewido claims to delete it, but then 5 minutes later the same notification pops up from both Norton and from Ewido, and I just can't get rid of it! Also my computer looks like its in Safe Mode when its on regular mode, and I don't know if this may be caused by any of these things but I can't get it to look normal! I'm running Windows XP SP2. help please!!
