I have played warcraft 3 before. Also, I have Sygate Personal Firewall. Therefore, I believe I could possibly try to help you. For me, at least, I only needed to open 1 port (Tcp Port 6112). Maybe you need all of them open, I'm honestly not sure.

To open ports on Sygate: Right click on Sygate Icon in taskbar. Select Advanced Options. Click Add. Go to the 3rd tab, which is Ports and Protocols. Set ports which you want to open. I haven't tried it yet, so I am not sure if that will work completely or not. However, the setting should be somewhere in advanced options. Also, this is kind of unsafe, but you could set Sygate to "allow all". However, that really isnt recommended since gaming can be dangerous in terms of net traffic.
