im not too sure if im static or dynamic... however whenever i unplug and replug back my isp's connection, i get a new ip... however, it takes 6 mins before i can gain access to the internet... so im wondering if there is another way of changing ip without plugging in and out...

HI here i list out the alternative method to change your ip address without unplugging your ISP connection ..They are

1.Go to start--->run--->typr cmd
2.Type ipconfig /release
3.Type ipconfig /renew
This will automatically change your dynamic ip address .Then visit sites like Ip-Details.com to find your present network ip address ...
