msdpy.exe and can't get rid of it

Alright, on my other computer theres a virus called msdpy.exe. I'm unable to get on the internet to download HJT (that's a different problem I can take care of) to post a logfile but so far Symantec Antivirus Corp. gets rid of it until I get the computer back on the internet. Until I get HJT, do you know if there's anything I can do to get rid of it?

I'd appreciate any help you can give me, thanks.
