I'm trying to capture videos while playing Gunz, and open these in another program. The default that FRAPS offers me is Windows Media Player, but when I run it in that, it crashes. Should I try running it with something else, or capturing the video with a different program, or what?

I would say try running it with a different media player. Does FRAPS allow you to pick which media player to use? I am a big of the very small footprint OS media player "Media Player Classic" and can play pretty much any file you through at it. You can download it at and read more at:

Cheers,
Tom
