Converting shorten audio to MP3 or WAV

I need some way to convert shorten audio files I downloaded (.shn) into MP3's. I can use iTunes to convert to MP3 from WAV if I can just get the shn files into .wav. I use WinAmp with the shn plugin to play the files. Is there some way to convert using Winamp? Here's a big concern: I don't want to install any new software (besides plugins), so I am hoping for something that I can download and run without installing. That crosses dbPowerAmp and similar converters off the list. Any suggestions? Thanks!
