Video problem

I just did some upgrades on my kids' computer and, since then, their video display has started to flicker and sometimes freeze up. Their computer has an AMD Athlon Processor, 902 MHz, and 192 MB of RAM. Before my updates, we had been using Windows 98 but it now is running Windows XP.

I am wondering if part of the problem might be that the driver for their video card might need to be updated. It is an NVIDIA RIVA TNT2/model 64 pro. If so, where would I find one to download?

Any and all advice to solve this problem will be greatly appreciated!
