Hi Danny.
I was just thinking of a wall calendar for 2005 that has
squares for the days for each month....or print a calendar.

And to draw a BIG STAR in the square if you exercised outside that day.

(Or put on a sticker like when you were in Kindergarten. ) :tazz:

I am about ready to go outside also; it is only 43 degrees but I'm gonna go
cut off dead flowers for 20 mins or so.

I MISS SUMMER ALREADY! ~sigh~

Are you all remembering to do your 20 minutes of OUTDOOR exercise?

Instead of a BIG STAR in the square on my October calendar,
I drew a picture of a BIG FLOWER yesterday and today. :)

Each of you could put what ever 'symbol' goes with YOUR own personality
or favorite hobbies....(A picture of a GEEKS TO GO?) :tazz:

Love, Janie :woot:

I'm downloading Mozilla Sunbird right now :).

I have to do a project now, but I'll go for a run in a few :woot:.

Tomorrow, does playing hockey count???

Hockey is definitely a physical activity. I would say yes.

Hi Danny.
I agree with masterj3000 that Hockey is great physical exercise.

Is your practice inside or outside?...If it is INSIDE, your 20 mins outside
can be doing something simple like taking a walk or going to the park and
swinging...anything you like to do OUTSIDE.

My Saturday won't begin for another hour. I'm spending pretty much all of tomorrow at a marching band festival... our show is probably about 8 minutes, and with warm ups, that should cover me for tomorrow. I play trumpet, so that should count as a physical activity.

My marching band festival was saturday as well.. and I play trumpet.. what school do you go to?? :tazz:
(cancelled due to hurricane.. :) )

I, Nick will get outside and walk or some other exercise
(no matter how cold or rainy or nasty the weather) for 20 MINUTES every day
beginning Saturday, 10-22-05 through the rest of this year.

:) There's a hurricane over me today, I'll start tommorow :tazz:

Thanks, Nick, for deciding to join the 20 minutes per day (or more)
OUTDOOR exercise challenge
. (Thanks for the PM also.) :woot:

I think the hardest part might be to REMEMBER to get
outside each day and do it!

It will take some DISCIPLINE but maybe it will be come a habit...A GOOD HABIT. :)

It looks like Hurricane Wilma has passed on through Florida so I think
you will be able to go outside yet today and get a GOLD STAR. :tazz:

Ok, now I am on my way out the door to prune branches from trees and
shrubs...It is kinda cold...43 degrees but I have a coat and gloves.~lol~

Yep, you can do that, Danny.

If you miss one day of outdoor exercise, do double
on the next day.

You can still mark a BIG STAR on your calendar
for each day. :tazz:

Are all of you that signed 'THE PLEDGE'
remembering to get outside and exercise for at least 20 minutes?

It is hard for me on days like today (38 degrees) but if it is hard
today, it will be harder when it is 10 DEGREES.

Gotta do it...so gonna do it now.

If any are reading this that haven't signed up; we'd LOVE to have ya.

This is me cheering all of you on: ~hahahaha~
