Masterj3000 and Danny...You both are doing GREAT getting outdoor
exercise...Sure 'playing' in the snow counts as exercise.

Building snowmen (I had six in one daylast year, it was packing perfectly)
or having snowball fights, sledding or whatever is SUPER.

And for those of you with MILD winters, you can really enjoy the outdoors.

All of you that signed the pledge to get OUTSIDE and exercise for 20 minutes
each day until the end of the year....HOW ARE YOU DOING?

And if you haven't signed up; it is not too late.....
You will just have to go a few days past the first of the year
to get in the same amount of days as the others. ~lol~

I've done it everyday so far:

Saturday(22nd)- 53:01 minutes
Sunday(23rd)- 23:59 minutes
Monday(24th)- 47:52 minutes
Tuesday(25th)- 30:37 minutes
Today(26th)- 20:00 minutes

On some of those days I got exercise indoor as well, like bowling, crunches, dancing, etc.

That's awesome! :tazz: I've mostly relied on band and going on walks. We'll see if I can add more.

COLM4CARBINE, MASTERJ3000, DANNY, KRISTY & DR.GUTSTEIN;
it sounds like you all are doing just GREAT sticking to your pledge
for 20 mins of outdoor exercise.

Antartic-Boy and Oniketsoku, how are you doing?

Antartic Boy helped me with these pictures below. (THANK YOU)
The first picture is how my 500 feet of roadside garden looks in the Summer.
The picture below it is how it looks now...and why I have so much to do
trimming off the dead flowers....(I am about 1/4th finished. ) Hubby is helping.
It was 33 degrees this morning.~ugh~
(I live in the country in Northern Indiana.)

Since these pictures of my roadside are BIG, I will just leave the
address and you can click on them only if you want; they won't just appear.

ANTARTIC-BOY, COLM4CARBINE, MASTERJ3000, DANNY, KRISTY, DR.GUTSTEIN & ONIKETSOKU. (Let me know if I left anyone out. Thanks)

HELLO TEAM...I hope you have all found our new gathering place. :)

Have you been able to do your 20 minutes of outdoor exercise everyday?
(Or if you did miss a day to make up for it the next day?)

If anyone wants to join this outdoor exercise thread, the pledge is in the first post.

You are sure invited and welcome to join in.

It has been pretty easy for me because I have so much Fall clean up to do in all
my flower gardens...It will be harder when all there is is COLD WEATHER outside. ~sigh~

P.S. Danny, if you can get that much outdoor exercise, EVERYDAY, like you did in the post
above, that would be GREAT.

Love, Grandma Janie (flowergirl) :tazz:
