reinstalling windows me

I had my brwoser hijacked. I have installed hijack this & I think I have under control, but I had to delete some files. I am now trying to re-install windows me & it states I dont have enough conventional memory. I am not running anything at startup. Any ideas???

Hi Hoblais...Welcome to G2G!

Have a look at this G2G Article...this procedure is what I would recommend rather than a reinstall or "overlay installation".
