Unexpected Shutdown

At between 6:20 and 6:40 each night the Win 2000 server does an unexpected shutdown. Still ping it. The console is up in the morning, but server is hung, no HD lights, no movement from console. At 6:30 a sql backup job runs. But that is it. The last event log message from the night before is usually a print job before 5:00.

Yes. It's plugged into a protected building UPS outlet.

rats....i was hoping you had APC Powerchute....alright...be patient..i'll start thinking

(man...that powerchute would have been a relatively easy fix..)
