my task manager and system32 are infected by Alcan.A p2p worm

hi guys im in desprate need as my title says my system32 is infected and is resulting in my task manager not working iv tried everything this is my last resort i have tried norton antivirus 2005 antispy xoftspy ad-aware and absolute shield and there all deleting them but when i restart the p.c there all back again im curuntly preforming a kaspesky scan.

plz help me
