I saw the other thread on this below. I have the hotmail problem. I can open the website, but can't forward, reply or send messages. The problem occured, on both my desktop and laptop right after I updated my Norton Antivirus. I have run spybot and CW shredder. I have turned off and on features like pop-up blocker. Nothing works. MSN said they had no solutions.

I'm no expert but I had the same problem. The cause of such was because necessary cookies were blocked and prevented hotmail from sending/receiving/replying to messages.

Something you may want to check......that may not be the issue with you though?

go find winasp if u find it delete if tht doesnt work got start run type msconfig go to the last tab NOTE DISABLE ALL MAKES SOMETHINGS NOT WORK IF SOME THING WRONG HAPPENS THE GO BACK AND ENABLE ALL then go disable all restart it and try it if it doesnt work go to start run msconfig last tab if things are still ticked u got serious spyware and adware
