The main issue is that I get certains popups(usually opened in firefox). These popups pop up even if Firefox is not already open. The popups seem to be based on a keywoard search of whatever window is open. I believe the main issue is in this line:

O20 - Winlogon Notify: Telephony - C:\WINDOWS\system32\q086lals1dq6.dll

However, I can neither delete that file, and also that file seems to change into a similar garbly .dll after ever restart. I've run adaware, Homescan, Norton, Trojan hunter, ewido.. none of them seems to be able to get rid of it. Anyone have any advice?
